Postal Delay/Lost Item
For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a refund or replacement will be provided after 3 weeks of no movement for domestic packages, 6 weeks for international packages. A case must also be opened with Etsy. For packages under $250 a refund may be available sooner.

We can not be responsible for any item once marked "delivered" per tracking. Please make sure you have a safe location available for items to be delivered and contact your local post office.
Returns
